How we invest your Funds

As stewards of the community’s funds, The Miami Foundation invests for the long term. Our portfolio is highly diversified and constructed to maximize return and minimize volatility. Investment Pools are designed to meet a range of philanthropic goals and time horizons.

Our Investment Committee, which is comprised of seasoned industry professionals, hires and reviews recommendations from a world-class investment advisory firm. Because your Fund is pooled with the more than $427 million in charitable assets under management, you have access to a greater number of charitable giving vehicles than otherwise available.
