From the North:
Take I-95 south toward Downtown. Take Exit #3B (NW 8th St. toward Port of Miami). Continue straight on NW 3rd Ct. Turn left on to NW 5th St., then right on to N. Miami Ave. Turn right on at NW 3rd St and you will see the building’s parking garage entrance on your left. Access to Suite 305 on the 3rd floor is available from the elevators on the north side of the building (facing NW 3rd St).
From the South:
Take U.S. 1 to I-95 North. Take Exit #2B (NW 2nd St. toward the Arena). Continue straight on to NW 3rd Ave. Turn right on to NW 5th St., then right on to N. Miami Ave. Turn right on at NW 3rd St and you will see the building’s parking garage entrance on your left. Access to Suite 305 on the 3rd floor is available from the elevators on the north side of the building (facing NW 3rd St).
Metrorail/Metromover
Take the Metrorail/Metromover to Government Center station. Exit on to NW 2nd St. and head east. Turn left onto NW 1st Ave. Turn right onto NW 3rd St and you will see the building on your right. Access to Suite 305 on the 3rd floor is available from the elevators on the north side of the building (facing NW 3rd St).
