  To provide trauma-focused substance abuse treatment services to residents of Miami-Dade County
• Empowering Youth Inc. 
  To implement substance abuse counseling services for adolescents and their families using the Culturally Informed and Flexible Family-Based Treatment for Adolescents (CIFFTA) and Botvin LifeSkills Training program models
• Jackson Health System 
  To establish a substance abuse treatment program for male teens participating in or eligible for count-mandated diversion to the GATE Program for Juvenile Weapon Offenders
• Ladies Empowerment and Action Program, Inc. (LEAP)
  To support and expand the Second Chances Through Recovery trauma-informed substance abuse treatment program for criminal justice-involved women
• New Hope C.O.R.P.S.
  To support the New Hope Back on Track DUI Treatment Project, which provides comprehensive outpatient substance abuse treatment services
• Riverside Christian Ministries, Inc. 
  To establish a Day Reporting Center, a healthy, constructive place for people who are unemployed and have mental health and substance abuse challenges to seek support and employment
• Sundari Foundation, Inc. / Lotus House 
  To establish a qualified counselor who will provide in-house evidence-based counseling for 150 women and youth with substance use and trauma histories at Lotus House Women’s Shelter
• University of Miami – IDEA Exchange
  To build upon IDEA Exchange’s specialized outreach program for individuals experiencing addiction, which links individuals to primary and mental healthcare services along with substance abuse treatment

Education to Prevent Impaired Driving – $93,850

• Empower U Community Health Center 
  To establish an outreach program throughout Liberty City focused on substance abuse disorder education and referrals to EUI’s behavioral health department for counseling and treatment
• Miami Bridge Youth and Family Services
  To develop an in-shelter and community-based substance use and abuse educational outreach program for youth and families in Miami-Dade County
• The Women’s Fund Miami-Dade
  To compel women and female youth to avoid and overcome substance abuse and its adverse consequences through a high-impact awareness campaign that addresses gender-specific risk factors, provides helplines and resources, and creates a campaign toolkit to enable replication

Human Trafficking – $125,840

• Camillus House
  To support Project Phoenix, an adult treatment residential program for survivors of human trafficking that provides addiction treatment, mental health services, case management, career development, and primary care services
• University of Miami Medical Development – THRIVE Clinic 
  To hire a social worker to assist survivors by assessing their psychosocial needs, referring them to appropriate services, and supporting them as they navigate the Jackson Health System
• Voices for Children Foundation, Inc. 
  To create a peer-to-peer lifeline for human tracking survivors
