Chainless Change – Combining support of individuals with advocacy to create more just approaches and solutions in the incarceration and criminal justice systems and help individuals and families rebuild their lives
Circle of Brotherhood – Mobilizing Black men to build and advocate for safety, security, and justice in their communities, creating community-led solutions that address disparities rooted in systemic challenges
Community Justice Project – Building power for racial justice and human rights through innovative legal work, closely collaborating with community organizers and grassroots groups in low-income communities of color
Dream Defenders – Organizing a movement of young people to advance a vision of safety and security, where public resources shift toward issues like healthcare, housing, jobs, and human dignity for all
Family Action Movement Network – Engaging systems to shift power and policies to more just and equitable solutions, including alternatives to using school police for routine discipline that perpetuates the school-to-prison pipeline
Fanm Saj – Building a space for restorative justice, healing, and leader development, that provides the African Diaspora with tools for wellness and social-political resources to strengthen themselves, families, and communities
Florida Memorial University-Social Justice Institute – Building a research institute and solutions-focused think-tank to examine issues at the intersection of racial disparities and injustice, engage community, and facilitate reforms
Florida Student Power Network – Harnessing the power of students and youth through education, leader development, and issue-driven campaigns include racial, economic, climate, women, immigrants, LGBTQ equity and justice
GreenHaven Project – Combining projects and advocacy to tackle fresh-food deserts in communities of color, by educating and organizing youth in particular to create neighborhood-grown fresh food alternatives on community land
Maven Leadership Collective – Developing talented social-equity entrepreneurs who are queer, trans people of color, and allies to lead with meaningful diversity and belonging tools that can achieve equitable and sustainable organizations
Miami Workers Center – Building power and self-determination with Black and Brown women workers, tenants, and families through organizing, educating, and developing leaders ready and willing to stand up and fight for full dignity
Power U Center for Social Change – Organizing and developing the leadership of Black and Brown youth and Black women around the school-to-prison pipeline, gender violence, and engaging youth deeply in the civic process for change
SOUL Sisters Leadership Collective – Mobilizing and developing as leaders girls, femmes, and trans-nonconforming youth of color who’ve lived legal, educational, and economic system inequities to change state violence, poverty, and oppression
Struggle for Miami’s Affordable and Sustainable Housing (SMASH) – Creating a Community Land Trust model to address the needs of residents affected by gentrification and that is shaped, developed and implemented by residents
The Black Collective – Building and promoting a shared agenda centered on the experiences of the African diaspora through advocacy, elevating political consciousness, and amplifying the economic power of Black communities
The Roots Collective – Building on a Black-owned business model that generates revenue to support economic growth, social awareness, engaging youth in entrepreneurship and uplifting models that address food security
The Smile Trust – Combining support of individuals facing housing and food security with advocacy to create better alternatives that address the systemic problems that are at the root of the issues
WeCount! – Mobilizing the power of low-wage workers from industries like agriculture, day labor, and domestic work through organizing, political education, leader development, and campaigns for just labor standards and protections
YWCA South Florida – Leveraging advocacy and programs to advance Anti-Racism through racial justice awareness and education, professional development and economic empowerment workshops, and civic participation training
