Senior Operations and Events Associate

Cristina Horta is the Senior Operations and Events Associate at The Miami Foundation. She supports the day-to-day operations of The Foundation and facilitates the planning and execution process of our community events. Before joining The Foundation, Cristina was an Event Consultant at Robert Half, managing live and virtual events for organizations such as Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida, Population Health Alliance, and Corporate Counsel Women of Color. Before entering philanthropy, she worked as an Event Manager at SWARM Event Agency, managing and implementing all operations regarding sales, marketing, and events for the vendor department for two venues- The Wynwood Marketplace and GRO.
