Courtney Bagans

Collective Impact Assistant

Courtney Bagans is the Collective Impact Assistant at The Miami Foundation. In her role, she supports the Miami Connected and Music Access Miami initiatives through general operations, communications, planning, and more. Prior to joining the foundation, Courtney completed two AmeriCorps service terms where she assisted with emergency food distribution efforts and helped fundraise for a national, sports-based youth development nonprofit. Courtney holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida and aims to use her diverse experiences to promote collective impact and cohesive social change across Greater Miami.
