Belinda Berry is the Accounting Supervisor at The Miami Foundation. Under her leadership, she ensures the accuracy of the accounting and reporting of transactions at the fund level, manages all aspects of the accounting and reporting for donor funds and programs funds, as well as, assists the Controller in matters related to financial reporting and investments administration.
Belinda’s background includes over 15 years of institutional experience in asset management and investment banking. Before joining The Miami Foundation, Belinda worked at the asset management firm, Kawa Capital Management, as a senior member of the Investments group. Prior to this, she worked as a Director in the Structure Products groups at Credit Suisse and Barclays Capital between 2002 and 2014. In this role, Belinda advised, structured and executed ABS transactions representing over $40 Billion. Earlier in her career, Belinda worked at Ocwen Financial as part of their Capital Markets Department.
Belinda earned her M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati and Industrial Engineering degree from Los Andes University in Bogota, Colombia.
