Angela M. Carrillo,  MBA

J.P. Morgan Private Bank – Executive Director and Trust Officer – Chair of The Miami Foundation’s Professional Advisory Committee 

 

Angela Carrillo is an Executive Director and Trust Officer at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Florida. She joined J.P. Morgan in 2020 with 18 years of banking experience focused primarily in wealth management. In her role, Angela works with families who have named J.P. Morgan as trustee in their estate plans. While working closely with her clients’ attorneys, accountants and other professional advisors, she involves other specialists on the J.P. Morgan team to provide comprehensive wealth management planning that assists clients to meet all of their financial and wealth planning goals. Prior to joining the Private Bank, Angela was a Trust Advisor at The Northern Trust Company where she was the Lead Relationship Manager for ultra high-net-worth clients. Angela is an active member of the Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami. She is the current chair of the Professional Advisory Committee of the Miami Foundation. Angela is an active member of the Junior League of Miami and currently sits on the Board of Directors as the President.

Andres Pino

Professional Bank – Senior Vice President of Private Banking

 

Andres J. Pino recently joined Professional Bank as senior vice president of private banking. He brought over 10 years of experience handling commercial real estate and construction lending services as it applied to private banking. Throughout his career, Pino has managed key components of residential and commercial construction loans, including loan structuring, reviewing of construction plans and contracts as well as budgets. He is a member of the University of Miami Citizens Board, Coral Gables Bar Association and the Coral Gables Community Foundations’ Ponce Society of Young Professionals.

Giselle M. Hugues works with the Wealth Advisory Team to advise high net-worth clients on all aspects of fiduciary and advisory services including estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianship administration and corporate litigation matters. from her experience as an attorney and advisor, Hugues uses her expertise to serve on the Board of Directors of Florida Foster Care Review and supports several civic and non-profit organizations in the Greater Miami community.

Gus Vega founded Total View Advisors. He orchestrates holistic planning and investment strategy across the practice. Mark Scott is a leader in Kaufman Rossin’s estate and trust practice. He specializes in creating and implementing intricate estate planning strategies. In addition, Scott provides clients with gift and trust tax planning as well as estate and gift tax return examination services. He is a member of The Florida Bar, director and secretary of The Florida Bar Tax Section and adjunct professor at the University of Miami’s School of Law, teaching federal income taxation of trusts and estate. Robert Moore

Robert Moore is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s North America Tax Practice Group (NATPG) and managing partner of the firm’s Miami office. He counsels multinational corporations on international tax planning and global tax projects, including intangible property migration, supply and distribution chain restructuring, corporate reorganizations and financing strategies. Steven Hadjilogiou

Steven Hadjilogiou’s practice focuses primarily on inbound and outbound international tax planning for multinational companies and high-net-worth individuals. He’s represented Fortune 500 companies in their tax planning and supply chain projects, pre-immigration planning and cross-border wealth succession. He also has substantial experience advising on transfer pricing, tax-related intellectual property matters, Subpart F and foreign investment in US real property. A published writer, he was instrumental in drafting the amicus curiae brief submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of the Florida Bar Tax Section in Knight v. Commissioner in 2008. Hadjilogiou is an adjunct professor at the University of Miami Graduate Tax Program and co-chairs the annual Florida Bar/FICPA International Tax Conference.
