If you’re a Foundation grant recipient, we want you to share what you’ve accomplished and lessons you have learned. See below for details on reporting on awards from each of our grant programs.

Foundation Grant Recipients

Please refer to your grant agreement for reporting details. Depending on the grant program, the Foundation incorporates both conversational and written reports to share the impact of your work and identify new ways to work together.   

• Reporting Platform: All written reports are submitted through our Submittable platform. Sign in or create a free account to access the Grant Programs Reports page.
• Narrative Questions: Review the General Grant Report Template here with the standard questions you can expect. Your grant manager will share any program-specific questions at least one month in advance. 
• Financial Report: Download and complete the Grant Programs Financial Report Form if required.
• Submittable User Guide: Review the Submittable New User Guide to create an account or access saved reports.   

For conversational reports, your grant manager will reach out to schedule at least one month in advance.
