Unprecedented impact – a $1 million investment

More than 1,000 donors have taken ownership of their community and dedicated their philanthropic legacy to The Miami Foundation. Their generosity has allowed us to grant over $250 million to the people and efforts improving the lives of residents. In 2017, we made an unprecedented commitment to honor that history with a $1 million investment, celebrating our Legacy, creating Opportunity for residents, ensuring Miami’s Resiliency and fostering home-grown Creativity. It will provide resources to pivotal organizations with a legacy of innovation and success in both tackling Greater Miami’s most pressing challenges of the past and helping mold our prosperous future.
