Julie Vives

Chief of Staff

 

Julie Vives is the Chief of Staff at the Foundation. In this role, she provides support to the Office of the President and CEO regarding key strategic initiatives, performance management and operations that lead to overall organizational excellence. She is the primary liaison for the Foundation’s Board of Trustees and oversees the Administration and Human Resources department.

 

Prior to joining the Foundation in 2010, Julie gained years of experience in the nonprofit field specializing in donor relations and database management. Julie served on the Board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and worked as the administrator for the Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami. She moved to Miami from St. Louis after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Loyola University of New Orleans.
