Foundation Grant Recipients

Congratulations on your selection as a Foundation grant recipient. The Foundation is transitioning to a new online grant reporting system. Below is guidance on which systems to use based on your award.


2017 grantees for Community Grants, Denise Moon Memorial Fund and GLBT Community Projects Fund should continue to use the Spectrum system they have used for prior reports to submit all remaining reports.


2017 State Attorney’s Fund for Safer and Healthier Communities (SASH) grantees and all Hurricane Relief + Recovery Funds grantees should use the new system, Submittable. Use the bolded links below to download and review the important information at the bolded links below to submit your report:
