The Miami Leaders program is designed to develop the leadership skills and management competencies of emerging nonprofit leaders in Greater Miami. Through the program, we award grants that enable them to attend premier executive education programs in our community and around the country.

Miami Leaders grants are intended to help nonprofit executives with a long-term commitment to careers in Greater Miami’s nonprofit sector and develop new competencies specific to the needs and challenges of their respective organizations. The Foundation expects Miami Leaders to then share their new learning and experiences within their organizations and with other nonprofits in Miami-Dade County so they continue to serve as vital resources to their organizations and the broader community.

The application period for this grant program is now closed and will reopen in May 2017. For questions, please contact Jordan De Leon, senior programs assistant.
